Nightlane

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Nightlane ("we," "us") operates a load board connecting freight carriers with available loads and verifying coverage on assigned loads. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

How we use it

We use driver contact information only to send a one-time SMS or email containing a private link so the driver can confirm their insurance coverage for the assigned load. We do not use this information for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties other than the messaging providers (such as Twilio) we use to deliver the message itself.

SMS messaging terms

A driver's mobile number is entered into Nightlane by the carrier dispatching that driver, as part of assigning them to a specific load. By entering the number, the carrier confirms the driver has agreed to receive this text as part of their existing working relationship with that carrier.

Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. It is used solely to deliver the coverage confirmation message for the specific load it was submitted for.

Message frequency: one message per load assignment. A driver who is assigned multiple loads over time will receive one message per assignment; most drivers receive a single message.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any text message from us to stop receiving further messages. Because each message is a one-time confirmation link tied to a specific load assignment, most recipients will only ever receive a single message.
